We asked them to clean gutters and our glass top patio cover. after they completed their job they left without meeting us(they said they knocked on the door but no one answered) then we realized that none of the gutter was cleaned. we called them and they said we only wanted the exterior of the gutter cleaned. Since we never thought anyone wants only to clean the exterior of their gutter we just assumed that they would clean the inside of the gutter and the work order did have exterior stated in brackets. because of our assumptions we never checked the work order. If you ever hire this company to do any work for your house - PLEASE spell out everything in all painful details so it cannot be misunderstood. Maybe specify all section of all gutters of the house + garage gutters + anything else you can think of. it's buyers beware for sure. to save ourselves that hassle and stress we will never use this company again.
