The WORST customer service EVER! Owner makes nothing but excuses. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone.

I love my windows. Easy to open and simple to clean. The vinyl material is a nice update from the old wood.

They took my deposit and I haven't heard from them in months, despite repeated calls. Horrible place.

Contracted Pro-Build now Builder's First source to build a pole shed/barn. I will never do…read morebusiness with them again and would not recommend them to anyone. 1. Building crew came at 7:30 in the morning and from the start, they had it in their minds they were going to get the project done in one day when it was truly a two day job. This led to rushed work and substandard work. The last two hours of construction happened using flood lights in the dark. When they left at 11:30 PM they left a mound of trash and half used building materials laying on the ground. They never swept with a magnetic sweep for nails and screws. It understandably also led to upset neighbors that they had air wrenches and chain saws going past ten at night. I called the project manager at Builder's First Source and told him this and complained about the mess that was left behind. He came out and proceeded to fill my dumpster with their mess and filled it to the hilt. My 6 yard dumpster gets emptied once a month. I had to have it emptied before the pick up date at a cost of 243.00, which, Builder's First Source would not pay. (updated: they did pay this fee after I talked to the Mitchell Store Manager) The morning after the builders left, within two steps of the driveway I found three screws, it was evident that the builders did not sweep for nails or screws as they should have. I called the project manager and he came out to sweep it himself with a magnetic sweep After the project manager supposedly used a magnetic sweep for screws and nails, I purchased one from Menards and swept the area myself. I filled half a gallon ziplock bag with screws and nails. As once can imagine, he either didn't sweep at all like he said he did, or he put forth a really poor effort in doing so. The day the door was to be installed changed three times. I never got a phone call alerting me to this after I had taken days off work to be home in case the door crew needed access to power, etc. in my other garages since the new building wasn't wired yet. Only after I called the project manager, was I told the door installation got pushed back. Two days of vacation time ruined because they can't pick up a phone and let me know a day prior that the door wasn't going to be installed when they said it would be. I was told the door crew would test the door opener with a generator because 99% of the time these new pole sheds don't have power yet. The door was not tested. I will have to hope when it is hard wired in a month that it actually works. Not to mention, that the door installer told me that the head of the building actually should have been built a foot higher for the door but "he would make it work". For the amount of money this cost, I don't want "I'll make it work" I want it done right. This was a horrendous process and the project manager was pompous, rude, and lacks communication skills. How he ever became a manager of anything is truly mind boggling.
