I faxed in a rough diagram of my countertops for an estimate and an email was returned very quickly with a fair price. A call to the office later that day to schedule a measurement was answered by the owner and he came out to Ann Arbor the next morning and arrived right on time. The installers came out about 3 1/2 weeks after the initial contact and completed the job in an efficient, professional manner. They showed up on time, put down protective drop cloths, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves and treated me and my home with respect! The only thing I would point out is that their website says that they will be done in 10-14 days, but I think now that the economy is coming back in Michigan, they are obviously much busier and it's just going to take a little longer to get the job done. But I'll take that as a positive sign that they are busy...so they are good...and I can confirm that!!

Other contractors didn't want to use T1-11 and many highly suggested vinyl siding or Hardie board. They didn't recognize that customer satisfaction is essential. And I knew what I wanted! Sean, owner of Michigan Rose, came out in a timely manner and communicated with me from start to finish. John and Nathan worked very well together and the job was completed quickly. They were considerate of my children's napping schedules and did all the noises stuff when it would not interfere with the kids.
