Elise refused to email me the information on the Cpap machine and their business information like address. She said she can't email. I asked her to make sure we could do it all in one visit since I was losing a half day of work. I live in uptown New Orleans. After 7 phone calls I finally have an appointment. I go to it and can't find them. No one has heard of them. Finally, I find her phone number on line and call her. She never bothered to tell me they were in Mandeville, almost 35 miles away. Totally wasted day. Following day Kim calls me and tells me she comes to New Orleans very week and could just bring the machine to me. A little to late. Cardiologist already had made arrangements with another Company and got it re-approved with my insurance. One phone call, one appointment and in 1/2 hour I have my machine and can leave. They are on Jefferson Highway past Ochsner. I'm very happy with the second company!
