Kept pointing to the MD sewn onto her jackets as her reason for doing something different than previous doctors I had there. Mine retired. Let me start with- Dr.Austin & Dr. O'Reilly- really good doctors and nurses are usually nice. BUT- I had two babies delivered by this clinic and I am absolutely DONE with their staff who handle calls and paperwork. When you call- you wait at least 5-10 min before someone gets to you, and for some reason I am always #6 onthe line. You are lucky if they are in a good mood, and you don't get an attitude- and you have to follow up 10 times to get something done. My disability paperwork DISASTER both time- they submitted late and because I delivered early-everything for my benefits was delayed. Not something you want to deal with while taking care of a baby. Return back to work note- I had to call 4 times- was given wrong info so I had to drive down there to pick up in person- THEY ENTERED THE WRONG DATE, and the staff told me I told them the wrong date when I WROTE it down for them on the sticky pad. Only for them to tell me that they can upload this note in the portal.......I had the same issues with my first baby, and I was hesitant to return- but my babies were too close, and I wanted to be seen by the same doctors in case something happened. WHAT A MISTAKE! Don't waste your time with this clinic- I am extremely disappointed and mad at myself for not writing this sooner or changing practices. read more

I've been going there for many years, probably 20, I've seen Dr. Austin, Dr. O'Reilly and Dr. Brennin-Goldfischer. I like all of them. The front desk and "schedulers" are the ABSOLUTE WORST. They don't answer the phone, leave you on hold, can never help. I've been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Hersch because she's the Dr. I was told I had to see for a special circumstance and it's been WEEKS and no call back and no appointment. Her "scheduler" promises to call me EVERYDAY and never does. It's absurd! I will be going elsewhere after all these years. read more

I Would give 0 stars if I could. I went to see one of the doctors and was told that I needed an ultrasound. After the ultrasound I was told I needed to biopsy. I called the office to schedule the biopsy and they gave me an appointment with a midwife. When I got there she told me she couldn't do the biopsy and I had to come back. I rescheduled the biopsy and the appointment was canceled. I went back for the biopsy again and I waited an hour and a 1/2 in the office for the doctor to show up. He came in after an hour and a 1/2 and said oh great news, you don't need a biopsy. I was so angry and stressed about the whole situation. I asked him why they didn't tell me that right after the ultrasound that was done 2 months ago. He didn't have an answer. No one cares or takes responsibility in that group! I have been going to WCS for the past two years and have had only positive experiences. The staff is friendly and courteous, and they see patients promptly. During my pregnancy when I had concerns, I could call and speak to a nurse to ease my worries or send me in for further assessment. Dr. O'Reilly delivered my baby and the team did a great job coaching my through labor. I have also had great experiences with Nurse Midwife Tina and Dr. Wallis. read more

I waited six weeks for an emergency appointment for what probably is a very serious health condition. the secretary from the bedminster location messed up by confirming they took my insurance. I asked her twice and she agreed. she sent me to the Denville location six weeks later and when I arrived the nasty Russian secretary had embarassed me at the counter telling me what kind of insurance is this. we don't take Medicaid insurance and let the whole waiting room hear this. I'm very sick and I desperately needed my appointment. other patients were so kind and one woman actually tried to give up her appointment to give it to me. but obviously that couldn't be done because they would not take my insurance. that's fine they dont accept it. Both secretarlies should be fired immediately. you don't give a sick patient the wrong information and the other one speaks unprofessional and cold hearted. you don't tell peoples business out loud for other patients to hear. I'm sure the doctor is a very good doctor but these incompetent women he has working for them are gonna wind up killing his patients. this is how people die and I was treated like my life didn't matter. I have 2 children and I'm all they have. shame on both these women read more

The staff does their best to be friendly and helpful, but the fact remains that they are swamped with patients and aren't utilizing methods to run their operation efficiently. When you call their office, you're immediately placed on hold for up to 10 minutes. Communicating with your doctor is a nearly impossible game of phone tag. When he tries to relay the decisions made during your conversation to his staff, it (ironically) becomes a telephone game where important details are left out while going down a chain of 3 people. I've had to call back multiple times to change appointments, only to find out that I was scheduled for something other than what I discussed with my doctor. I guess you have to be very diligent about confirming appointment details, and I mean literally repeat back everything the doctor said to you to the receptionists, or they will interpret it in their own way. Otherwise you're taking a day off from work to go there for nothing and wasting your time. Please consider adopting online patient-doctor communications to help keep track of important decisions made, hire more staff and/or stop taking new patients since you're having issues helping them all. read more

This is the WORST place ever. I had a 20 year relationship with a doctor that joined this practice a few years ago. That relationship has been severed due to the insulting personnel in the front office who refused to see me because they said it was against the law for me to self pay at the doctor since they do not accept my insurance. They never bothered to call my insurance to find that it is a traditional policy that I pay for every month but just continued to insult me by telling me that because I am on medicaid they have to assume that I am ill prepared to pay the bill. First of all I have a traditional policy and all they had to do was contact the insurance to find that out. Second they turned me away not knowing why I was there and that I had a prescription that needed to be renewed and I had to have that visit to get the prescription. So UNKIND!!!!! Never should a person be treated this way. I left the office and got in touch with the office manager she was certainly NOT a help at all. At first she acted like she could help me then called me back within and hour to tell me she spoke with her insurance department and it is recommended for me to find a doctor in my plan. Upon contacting my insurance company I found out they were not telling me the truth. There is no law stating that if my insurance is not accepted anywhere that I cant self pay. The insurance company was shocked and appalled that happened to me. I hope this helps someone that is thinking about going there. They treat their patients with such disrespect. read more
