So the mood is always happy, and they're there to help you get the right booze for a great party or day at the lake. They have a decent beer selection, not over the top huge, but well rounded. They have stuff like Three Floyds, New Belgium, and Stone Breweries, as well as your Coronas, and other Budweisers and the like. They have liquor and wine. It's nearly impossible to get someone to provide a sample and I can't tell if that's a strategy to avoid sampling because they always have employees working and standing. I've asked multiple times to be told no on sampling and looked at like I'm bothering them. I used to love the store pics but it appears they are doubling down on Indiana distilleries vs sourcing Kentucky distilleries and national distilleries. They do have some old store pics that are slow moving because of the price point. If you're looking for a higher volume bourbon go to Meijer across the street and save $10-$20 a bottle. This is now a novelty store with high price points that now fails to deliver on its value as an experience.

Not white wine. Then I chose a bottle of room temp white wine and proceeded to the counter. The clerk was SO incredibly rude when I mentioned that the selection of chilled wine was all red. She proceeded to inform me that the red wine was at the recommended temperature then looked at the other clerk and said "Here is another one for you." She walked away from the register. Really lady? I bought it and the one I brought to the counter. I drank the cold 15 pack first. A few days later I opened a beer from the discount 15. Took one drink and it wasn't good! Even the smell was off. Not skunky, but off. I checked the date and it was about to expire. I managed to drink a couple more but it did not want to stay down. My friend didn't believe me and wanted to try one. He drank one and puked three times in the kitchen sink. I managed to keep it down but I could taste it for several days later. I ended up checking all the dates on the cans. 12 out of 15 were near the expiration dates. 3 had a later date. I tried the 3 and they were all good.
