They sell milled flour and primary ingredients for making your own stuff. I found it interesting how many different types of flour, spices, and primary ingredients like borax used for cleaning laundry and disinfecting were available for purchase by the pound. I was able to buy homemade black licorice for $3. Homemade canned strawberry rhubarb butter to spread on toast for $4-5. They also have a huge discount section and the kids loved stretching their $5 budget and got a bunch of Halloween and Christmas specific candy cheaply for no other reason than it being the wrong holiday. My husband bought some Amish sourdough bread, but was disappointed with the taste. Upon looking at the label I noted there were a lot of ingredients. Just something to note. Not all Amish foods are created equal and not all items are organic or without preservatives. Read your labels, make educated choices and admire a store of thrifty, honest, and hardworking folks.

Average, Medium and Extra Large. I'll be back for a few of those. The prices were fair compared to Martins where I usually get them. When is comes to grocery shopping I don't usually come to Martin's, but I do come by on occasion to…read moretheir deli.  I have been fond of the muffins near the deli that are technically one of their bakery items.  I also love their panini sandwiches, corndogs, and their honey mustard they have available for dipping.  Their salad bar has been updated and I would recommend checking it out but keep in mind it is pay by weight.  Their sushi is freshly made and you can watch the employee make it.  I am not a big raw fish person so I usually will grab one that is vegetarian if I get any at all.  They do have a Starbucks inside which is an added bonus.  In their bakery area I have always enjoyed their muffins, specifically the poppy seed muffin and the blueberry muffins.  Overall I have been enjoying Martin's for years and would recommend coming in specifically for their deli.

Not sure what his duties are as a customer service greeter. It's a nice store but has a lot of weak links. I am more concerned as a customer to get in a store and checkout my items than be slowed down at the front door. Other than that the store is awesome.
