From the planning process to execution, Cyndi and Laurie were there every step of the way! They made sure everything was EXACTLY how I wanted it! During the planning process, they were very helpful and responsive. Every time I had a question (and there were a ton), they answered right away! They made us feel comfortable in a fairly overwhelming time! And, the day of ... wow! They were on top of it! They were everywhere making sure everything was going smoothly and perfectly. One thing that really sticks out: they always made it a point to find me and check in and see if I needed anything. During the cocktail hour after the ceremony, while we were all taking photos, they were right there on the sidelines with hors d'oeuvres and a drink stepping in to give me a bite or a sip whenever I needed it! That really stuck out to me! And, I wish I could remember the name of the guy that served us dinner and directed the cake cutting, because he was AWESOME! The venue is gorgeous. The venue was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with plenty of parking and flexibility for our setup. They even allowed us early access to decorate, which made the day much less stressful. All of the food was phenomenal as well, we had all of our guests raving about both dinner and dessert! Jennifer was our main point of contact, and she made planning easy--from selecting the menu and desserts to adjusting our guest count and décor details. She was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The only hiccup was with two unplanned young guests (under 10) who arrived last-minute. The staff quickly added chairs, but we were later charged ~$310 for their attendance. I didn't see this invoice and was charged to the card on file while on our honeymoon. Though the charge was small in the grand scheme, it felt a little steep considering it was buffet-style and the kids were light eaters. Still, that was a minor bump in an otherwise smooth experience. I highly recommend Trumps for any event--they offer great service, beautiful space, and delicious food.

They loved the signature cocktails that James and his team made. We also used him for table/chair rentals which was super easy and turnkey. Seeing my husband getting frustrated, I decided to take the lead as the "Communication Champion". I reached out to the vendor via email and text and was able to get in contact with them without any issues. I clarified all the details with them before our wedding, ensuring that everything was perfectly arranged for our big day. A few days before our wedding, Clack informed us that Shannon would be our bartender. Shannon turned out to be a huge success! All of our guests loved her and had only the best things to say about her. In fact, no other vendor has received as many compliments from our guests as Shannon has. Initially, we thought her popularity might be due to a signature drink we served called "Welcome to Atlanta," but then we continued to hear more and more stories about her friendliness, skills, and professionalism. She also worked extremely well under pressure and was very efficient. Shannon not only made great drinks, but she also left a lasting impression on our family and friends. Yes, our experience with them was THAT amazing that I really don't want to miss any of the details before it all becomes a huge blur. To give a bit of background, I was planning my wedding from out of state so I knew that having an event planner would be key. After not getting some call backs (terrible thing if you're a wedding planner, btw), I got in touch with Emily, the founder of SHE, and I fell in love right away. As they say, "You just know". ;) She was incredibly down to earth & funny, and her heart & passion for her work were evident even in the first moments of our conversation. We decided on the "Month of" package and imagine our delight when Emily was responding to emails and random questions, sending us vendor referrals (she is well connected!), etc. far before we even entered the last month. This spoke volumes about her character and showed just how willing she was to help clients even if it wasn't contractually necessary (unfortunately, this is pretty rare in the wedding world...). The last couple of weeks were hectic for me but knowing that Emily was so organized and on top of every single one of my emails (which had accumulated over several months by now!) relating to vendors, wedding day timelines, etc., made my anxiety vanish and I was able to focus on just a few things rather than everything at once. I can't stress these next words enough: Our wedding day was UNBELIEVABLY calm and stress free (even our pastor thought it was so weird to see such a calm bridal party just chilling before the ceremony started)! From the moment we arrived at the venue, I really felt like Emily's #1 priority, and I can't emphasize how important this was for a bride on a day where so many things can potentially go wrong. My mother helped me out by interviewing about 15 coordinators, narrowing it down to three. Within ten min of meeting Courtney Drake, I knew she was the one for me! After we had a good laugh about trying to pull this off in just 4 months, she was at work! Within 48 hours I had the initial 'critical items' I needed to get started. She was brilliantly organized and knew exactly how to fit everything into a compressed timeline for a Bride that travels and works long hours. We got married Aug 30th, just 4 short weeks ago, and everything was perfect. The venue (Ventanas) was beautiful, and all my vendors were on point. I rented just about everything, including huge 8 foot long farm tables for an indoor space up an elevator. When I say Courtney had a challenge on her hands, that's an understatement. All I know is this - even though that was the most vendors Ventanas has ever had at an event, it came together flawlessly, and I didn't have a single moment of stress. My wedding day was about my friends, family and the new chapter of my life with the love of my life. It wasn't about details or schedules. Courtney made the entire planning process fun. Everyone at SHE was professional and supportive. There is no way I could have pulled that off on my own- even if I'd had a year to plan it. I simply didn't have the time. Terry and her team do everything they can to make sure you have a great experience there. It starts with the vendor showcase sessions she has to ensure you have great options for photography, bar, catering, etc. to the items she has available for use, at no extra charge, and goes all the way through day of where a full team of people make sure everything is covered. While this may have been my first (and only!!) wedding planned I do have numerous friends who have used the same wedding planner and she (our planner) kept raving about how well of a partnership it was in working with Terry's team. Additionally, since they only book one wedding per weekend you get the entire place available for both the rehearsal dinner as well as the wedding. You don't need to "figure out" when and where to have the rehearsal and dinner. As a plus we had the rehearsal dinner in the outside patio area which made that experience feel different than the wedding even though they were at the same location. Very nice!! As for the venue, you couldn't ask for a better layout. The setting for the marriage ceremony is absolutely beautiful but that alone is selling it short. At most of the other wedding venues I have been to the lounge area (outside of the reception space) seemed like an afterthought and once the reception started all activities were in one area. This makes it difficult to separate those who want to dance and have a good time vs those who would love to catch up with old friends or relatives. At White Fox Cottage there is ample room and seating outside of the reception hall to allow for this while still holding the feeling that everyone was at the same event. I absolutely loved having the ability to float between these two areas. As you look around for wedding venues for yourself I would highly recommend you start here. I am willing to bet the bar will be set high enough that no one else will match the standards Terry and her team set.

Beautiful and gorgeous outdoor venue and one of the prettiest places for an event I have ever been to despite my bias as dad. Water features (manmade creek and waterfalls), outdoor activities for the guests like a small fire area and space for cornhole boards, lots of seating, large covered area with fans in case of rain. Large wooded property that is very well maintained. Really nice groom and bridal preparation areas with lots of mirrors, space to hang things, fans and a/c. Grooms area had a pool table, dart board, big screen tv, couches and place to get ready and eat also with a fridge. Golf cart also was a big help for guests we had with mobility issues. Bridal prep area had multiple chairs for the ladies to get makeup and hair done with bright lighting and mirrors. Large dance floor, lots of provided tableware and dinnerware and linens. Very nice tables and chairs. Good vendors with experience they work with available also for food and beverages. Shuttle brought guests from parking to the venue building before and after the ceremony. Never felt rushed or wanting for anything.
