The woman that answered the phone seemed friendly enough, took my message and told me to hold on, when she came back, she kind of laughingly said, you don't need an attorney for your situation. And actually, we do, therefore, I don't know if there was a conflict of interest, or if this was a family establishment of the other party. But I really, truly didn't like the fact that she laughingly hung up the phone with me. That's poor customer service. Zero stars!!
