I can't put into words the talent this man brings to the table. Words on a screen will not do him justice. When I say he is the most competent Lawyer you will ever meet, I mean it. I was charged with a DUI ten months ago and David has been with me the whole time. When I was initially charged, I was scared for my career and future endeavors, as a DUI charge will have a lasting negative impact on employment. I talked to many Lawyers in the area. One was unsure of my situation and gave me absolutely no confidence in my case when speaking to me. Another was very impatient with my questions and basically said my case could go either way in terms of a conviction. The first time I talked to David he calmed me down right away; his confidence over the phone gave me the reassurance that we actually had shot at fighting my DUI. I blew a .08 BAC and performed relatively well on the field sobriety test. We ended up going to court four different times over a period of ten months.
