This place is pretty awesome.
It's not the biggest gym, but for what it's for, it does it well.
The focus here is on small group exercises split into 6 zones, with each class lasting between 15 - 45 minutes. Classes vary from cardio, to strength, to a bit of both.
If you're into CrossFit, this is a great place to go in the CBD. If you're not, it's still a great place to go for a good workout.
You could also just come and do your own thing, but you'd need to be cognisant of when classes happen...so you can workout around it. read more
