RISE near me is perpetually "dry" for recreational. They say they must keep 70% of their product for medical. Ok. The problem is, they are always very well stocked for medical, but often have (literally) NO FLOWER for rec side. Currently, as of one (1) minute ago, they have 34 flower varieties available as long as you're on a government maintained list of cannabis users (Medical Card). There are (again, literally) ZERO flower products available for recreational. ZERO. 34 to 0. That doesn't seem like 70/30 to me, and they're constantly trying to funnel everyone to getting a medical card. RISE has great product, when you can get it. However, it doesn't seem to be a one-off type thing. It's weeks now that they've had little or nothing for rec side (flower). I've started going to Voyager Cannabis, Co. It's only one block away. Product is excellent. A little more expensive (and, I mean only a little more, like $5), but there's no medical vs. recreational, they give discounts, always have product and they always have variety. RISE is great when they have product. Problem is: they frequently cannot cater to recreational customers.
