I purchased two wigs and they were not cheap. When I bought them they took them both off the mannequin which I thought was strange, but I was overwhelmed with the situation so didn't say anything. There was no discount given, which I wouldn't have taken, I would have preferred a proper wig and paid full price. Well the $780 I bought is so thin and damaged and losing hair constantly. I have already lost hair, so losing hair again on my wig is very stressful for me. I went back to the store to see if I could order a new one and they say no because i had worn it. Even though I wore it only twice and using a wig cap they said its not possible. Super disappointed that they wouldn't work with me at all on this. When I went back, I was told that they ordered the wigs for me, which I reminded them no they didn't because I saw them take them off the mannequins. Then I was told that nobody really tries on long hair wigs so they are practically new ???? Just all kinds of excuses not to work with me on this . Thinking back, it's so strange to pull a wig off a mannequin but I was dealing with so many emotions that day I didn't even think of how weird this was. Very disappointed that they would treat a customer this way.

They are quite reasonably priced as well. Here comes the negative. I do not live In regina but travel here quite often. Last time here, I purchased a bra for my daughter (they keep records of your purchases which is nice ) but I forgot it in Regina where it sat in a bag for 3 months. In the interim, my daughter lost weight and her bra size changed. Needless to say I returned to store to see if they could exchange bra for one of a different size. They refused to do so even though I was going to exchange. Bra had never been out of the bag. This was very disappointing and has clouded my feelings overall of this store.

I was talked into a size smaller without letting me try them on. I told the sales person that I had gained weight and pretty sure I was a larger size. I went home and Discovered they were too small, I asked to exchange the three untouched pairs for a larger size. Was offered nothing. Not even a discount on replacement pairs. I am very disappointed in how I was treated. 150.00 for two bras and 5 panties that I can't wear. I have purchased over 500.00 over the last three years there. From bathing suits, cover ups, housecoat and pjs. I will never recommend this store to anyone. I was told how unhygienic my purchase was 3x by two staff. I said I am a nurse I understand hygiene. I left it all on the counter. If I had purchased online or at Costco I could have returned or exchanged my purchase. In a World with sanitizer machines and items that are clean with their tags on It should have been an easy exchange. I will take my business to the other lingerie stores in the city. I heard Elizabeths was a very good store.
