The owner, I believe his name was Lee, was great to talk to and told us all about his store. R U Game? is well organized and has an amazing selection. Some items are a bit over market price but that is to be expected from a resell store because they have to account for the cost of keeping the building running. I wouldn't consider it outrageously overpriced though, it was within a reasonable amount that if the purchase is meant for keeping/using I would definitely buy it. Mind you we came in at 8pm, yes close is at 9 but we work until 7:30 so we could not come earlier and we had the Xbox ready for him to test and trade in. We will not be coming back to this location because manny was absolutely awful to us.

I've been going to the Love Shack at least 20 years now. Unfortunately they've recently hired the rudest and actually a verbally combative employee. His name is Isaiah and he has absolutely no customer service skills. You can't miss him he has facial tattoos an an attitude. I've heard complaints from fellow customers and his co-workers. I've literally heard him yell at people and threaten to throw them out after instigating verbal arguments with customers. I've also witnessed patrons literally walk out when they see him working. If you pay 8.00 you are allowed to go upstairs for 12 hours unlimitedly. You have to ring a bell for him to open the door that allows you to go up. Better hope he likes you or you are going to get a big ATTITUDE from him. He simply has to press a button to allow you to go upstairs. Which you PAID for! I don't care if it's 8.00 or 800.00 its his JOB. Yet I have witnessed him entertaining homeless people and sex workers. That are loitering - which is prohibited by the establishment in writing. I'm not one to take the time to write a review. However being treated unwarrantedly by someone who is tactless, classless, rude - with a horrible disposition is worth the time to write a review. read more
