They are normally pretty good at getting repairs done in good time if Apple are able to supply them with the parts they need quickly and have done a decent job on most occasions. I have had a couple of issues post repairs but they have always done there best to sort them. I am not sure I would buy a new mac from them now as there are probably cheaper alternatives online but the different isn't much and if you prefer the personal touch they might be the way to go.
