Envy is a sassy store specializing in women's fashion, owned by a warm and friendly woman who was more than happy to go the extra mile. Knowing I had a 3 hour drive back to Atlanta, a few moments of perusing through brightly colored summer dresses, strappy, airy tanks, and ruffled halters re-energized my spirits. I started out just browsing. Then one by one, I began picking up items. Before I knew it, I was headed into the changing room with armfuls of clothing, and had the owner running all over the store seeking out the right sizes for me. One pair definitely needed attention, so it was easy for me to hand those over. But I hesitated a little bit with the other 2 pairs because they weren't really all that badly scuffed. They said they could make them look even better, so I handed them over as well. All three pair came back to me looking like I'd just taken them out of the box! They looked brand new!!! I had three pair of shoes that needed to be resurrected... the taps on two of my favorite heels needed to be replaced and the straps on another pair needed to be repaired. Elijah replaces the taps on both pair while I waited (done in twenty minutes or less) and the repair was easy next day. They were all shined too before I walked out! I'm out of refills, and U-Save-It Northwest is nice enough to reach out to the doctor for me. So now it's Monday, I'm out of Insulin, my phone is shut off for non payment, and I can't call. Tuesday I have no insulin, get the phone turned back on at 3:30pm. Call the pharmacy, and they stop delivering at 3. I have no vehicle. Sounds like a me problem, right??? I-Save-It says not a problem, and gets the insulin filled, and sends their driver back out an hour after he's done with his deliveries. You can't make this stuff up. I want to brag on my pharmacist Celia, I called to find out if I could get my second shringrex vaccination there. Celia set up a day for me and was very professional. Before arriving she called and remind me I had a couple of prescriptions coming up and would it be all right if she filled them! After my vaccination Celia called and told me she had just listed with the state registration. I have been using U-Save for many years and it always brings a smile either when I go to the drive in or come inside and get waited on by the young lady with blonde hair, she is the best as well (Embarrassed that I don't know her name). I wish more businesses operated in this manner, shop local.
