This was a really nice facility and they took care of her very well and allowed me the parent to be there the whole time. The place is very unassuming based on the outside but the inside is actually kinda cool and if I were a kid it would help take my mind off of what some kids may view as a scary situation getting dental work done. Knock on wood they appeared to have fixed her tooth pain and she has been good since then. Hopefully she has better dental luck then her father has had. Overall cool place with nice workers. Would recommend if you have a child needing some dental work done.

What was the most frustrating was receiving a bill for them that when I called my dental insurance they reported should've been covered and then calling the office to discuss the bill they said another adjustment had been made and we didn't owe anything. I asked if they could give patients a heads up next time so there wouldn't be this confusion and the office staff was very dismissive. I will try a different place.

We received the information we needed and know what to watch for in the coming days which really helped our hearts rest better. The icing on the cake was that the receptionist (I wish I knew her name) remembered my son from a previous visit and knew he really likes Hot Wheels, and, in her immense kindness, went out during his visit and bought him a Hot Wheels car! I called and cancelled and was charged for cancellation of a surgery appointment. It's been over a year since this incident and my daughter (now almost 6) is traumatized. I am appalled at the positive reviews when our experience was borderline abusive. I feel like I failed my daughter this day and I am ashamed I didn't step in and stop the doctor from forcing my terrified daughter down and they tried to sedate her.

They don't have a lot of evening availability which can make scheduling tricky. I was nervous about going to see a dentist during Covid, but it felt very safe. They had me wait on my car, they wore PPE, i wore a mask (when they weren't working on my teeth), and they checked my temperature when I arrived. I don't think anyone loves going to the dentist.... but these folks do a great job.
