100%, hands down the BEST physical therapy practice in town!! You're not just a number, you are a person with a name and a specific set of issues, which they concentrate on for your health and well being. Super friendly and knowledgeable, kind, concerned, careful and so professional, yet a fun place to be. Almost makes you forget you are injured. Excellent quality of care, if you're hurt, go here. They will do everything humanly possible to get you back to 100% read more

The therapists who work there are great. They are super personable and knowledgable. They will get you back into tip top shape. If my review was only about them, it would be 5 stars. But then there's the billing people. I paid my bill in full and later got a notice saying I still owed. I figured it was faulty bookkeeping and they would catch it soon. Months later, I got a phone call letting me know this was my last warning before I go to collections. Collections?? For a bill I paid?? I explained that I had paid. So I was told I needed to find copies of my cancelled checks and email them. This was no easy feat since they are all on my bank's website. I found them and emailed the copies. I was told thanks and that their bank made an error. Ok. Good way to pass the buck. Due to that, I will look elsewhere next time I get a random injury. read more

The chair massage I received was not only amazing but so relaxing. This is definitely a place to go to relieve stress or tension in the body. I can honestly say after 15 minutes I was relaxed for the rest of the day. Looking forward to future visits. read more

Before my first secession with Ed, my therapist, I had developed a mental image of what was causing my pain/challenges, and how to address them. These understandings were based on professional opinions and help that I received from medIcal doctors, research, etc. These were helpful, but eventually stalled in their helpfulness. Ed, my therapist, attentively listened to my description, and designed a course of action. What he identified as needing to be addressed were things that no previous professional that I had seen considered. As the saying goes: "Everything is connected". And it is. I have had 8 secessions with Ed thus far. each secession has been different. Each secession has addressed the next interconnected link necessary in my healing. All of the sessions have produced healthy/positive results beyond my best expectations. So, I Highly Recommend PT Plus Elm Grove. On a personal level, the personnel are also pretty great. From the beginning, she was compassionate, knowledgeable, and always willing to think outside the box to find treatments and exercises that would help me feel better and continue making progress. She took the time to listen, adjust my treatment based on how I was doing, and encouraged me every step of the way. Thanks to her care, I regained so much mobility and function in my shoulder and felt confident throughout the recovery process. I love the 1-on-1 time and not having to "share" as I had experienced in other places. The only chin scratcher for me didn't actually come from my PT Catrina, but from the owner who popped in (even though the door was closed--sometimes I need to lift my shirt to access certain spots on my back) with a student who was shadowing. I got no heads up, and I wasn't asked if it was ok that she observer my session. I would have happily said yes, but I was more concerned that I wasn't even asked. Unfortunately, my insurance changed, and I was no longer able to continue therapy with her, which genuinely made me sad because I felt I was in such good hands. I highly recommend Catrina to anyone looking for a physical therapist who truly cares about her patients and is committed to helping them succeed.

That time, I did not see Dr. Amiot but an assistant. The orthodics were too big for my shoes and so the assistant cut them down with a scissors to fit. They do nothing for my problem. I was told to come back in a month. I found Dr. Amiot very aloof and unfriendly, as was the girl at the desk. I would never go back to that office nor to Dr. Amiot.

Now, however, my hip prevented me from walking almost any distance. My general practitioner recommended I see Dr. Kehoe at Aspen Orthopedics. Dr. Kehoe recommended Dr. Printz for my hip replacement surgery. Since you're reading these reviews, you probably are trying to find a good Orthopedic surgeon. I'd say look no further than Dr. Printz. As far as I'm concerned, he could not have done a better job on my surgery. I'm back to walking three miles a day, six weeks after surgery. I still have a little achiness and swelling, but that's getting better every week. So, if you've got hip pain get it fixed by Dr. Printz ASAP, don't let yourself suffer. Dr. Printz did an excellent job communicating with me and addressing all of my questions. Also, a shout-out to Holly, the doctor's administrative assistant, for giving me sound advice and getting me an earlier surgery date from someone who canceled out. Thanks to everyone at Aspen Orthopedics, especially the New Berlin location, for getting back to being my old self again.

Dr. Pauers staff managed to talk me off the proverbial ledge and got me in within a weeks time. It was the best appointment I've ever had. I was seeing another practitioner in Racine. I felt like this practice was a cafeteria without any personalized or special attention, and that I was simply a number. I don't feel this way with Dr. Pauers. Dr. Pauers took a long time to explain my condition at our first meeting. He didn't candy coat what was happening, yet he gave me hope that he could help me. I saw Dr. Amani Maguid a couple of years ago because two epidermoid/keratinous cysts abruptly…read moreappeared on the right side of my forehead--one midway up its front and one above the temple next to the lateral hairline--and I had also a pre-existing sebaceous cyst just inside the center of my upper hairline. She decided to inject all three of the cysts with cortisone, and when I politely asked her what other treatment modalities were available on the off-chance the cortisone didn't work, she snapped, "The cortisone always works!" Well, it didn't work; and as if that weren't enough, she left a small scar over the epidermoid/keratinous cyst midway up the front of my forehead because she ruptured a blood vessel during injection and did a very poor job suturing shut the resulting aperature. (I then made an appointment with the plastic surgeon who operates out of the same building she does, Dr. Dr. Alex Colque, who was able to remove the cysts with minimal scarring.)
