From the beginning, she was compassionate, knowledgeable, and always willing to think outside the box to find treatments and exercises that would help me feel better and continue making progress. She took the time to listen, adjust my treatment based on how I was doing, and encouraged me every step of the way. Thanks to her care, I regained so much mobility and function in my shoulder and felt confident throughout the recovery process. I love the 1-on-1 time and not having to "share" as I had experienced in other places. The only chin scratcher for me didn't actually come from my PT Catrina, but from the owner who popped in (even though the door was closed--sometimes I need to lift my shirt to access certain spots on my back) with a student who was shadowing. I got no heads up, and I wasn't asked if it was ok that she observer my session. I would have happily said yes, but I was more concerned that I wasn't even asked. Unfortunately, my insurance changed, and I was no longer able to continue therapy with her, which genuinely made me sad because I felt I was in such good hands. I was so hesitant to go to PT because of my experience in the past, but once I saw how much progress I made in the first visit, I was beyond amazed. They work on the whole body, they do methods that aren't usually used at bigger name brand PT places. It sure does make a difference.
