Jodie, the receptionist aka owner of ProMedMa boasts of an utterly friendly disposition yet professional. It's so easy to chat with Jodie while waiting for the massage therapy to start. He would ask a couple of questions regarding my back and would then briefly let me know where he will be working on. To top it all off, he is knowledgeable and very skilful in his profession. About 14 years ago I took massage therapy at Grant and a few extra courses on holistic (btw I left that profession years ago and got into the Oil & Gas), so I know what I'm looking for in a therapist. I'm telling you that it is hard to find a good therapist who is willing to do what you say and fix your problem areas. I have a very high standard when it comes to my massage treatment. In all honesty I have not found a "Great" massage therapist residing in Edmonton. I went from wholistic centers to chiropractic offices and still no one that I personally like. I came in early to the clinic to fill out forms, I noticed how clean and neat the office is (that's a nice introduction). The admin was very helpful in answering all my questions especially on my MVA. The RMT Scott came and got me on time. He was very thorough with the assessment and was doing my treatment in no time. I was happy with the pressure and the trigger points he was hitting, he listened to my complaints about my chronic headaches and he did his best to resolve them. After the hour was over he met me up front and I booked a massage with him for every week this December month. This was the first most effective treatment I have gotten from my MVA. My neck was less tight and I woke up this morning with no headaches! Not only did I have a very peaceful sleep but I woke up with less pain. This is the place to go, hands down, I'm not lying or exaggerating. If you can't book with Scott (he's very busy and always booked solid) go see the other therapists in the clinic, they all have a similar therapeutic skill. I am going to refer this clinic to all my friends, family, coworkers, ppl walking down the street and everyone on yelp. Seriously go here if you have any type of muscle issues.

With a very frozen mouth, I went in to check them out. It's a fairly small clinic, but they sure pack a lot of services in there! I've been suffering from migraines for the last few years. I had seen a chiropractor waaaaaay back when I was in high school, and something finally reminded me that it would probably help my current pain and maybe it was time to get back into it. There was one tiny hiccup at my first visit - The email that I got from them said that my appointment was at 9 am, but when I got there it was actually at 11 am, so I had to come back, but that wasn't a big deal. She was running about 10 minutes behind, but they advised me of that when I arrived. Once I was in with Dr. Joseline, I was really impressed. She asked a lot of questions to really understand the issues and what I wanted to accomplish. She explained what the course of action would be, and asked even more questions to find out what I was comfortable with in terms of treatment. I'm really looking forward to continuing my care at this facility. And they send you home with an ice pack after your first visit just in case there's any tenderness :) It was a nice touch. My focus right now is on chiropractor services, but they also offer acupuncture, massage, counselling, life coaching, reiki, weight loss...... I'm sure there's more! **Update on March 3, 2016** I have now experienced their massage as well and let me tell you.... I won't go anywhere else. It's a small room in the clinic, and you can hear much of what is going on outside the massage room which could be unsettling for some, but really didn't bother me as the treatment was so perfect. I've also called for last minute chiro appointments when something was bothering me and have had no issues being squeezed in. Most recently, I had to go in on a Wednesday, which is not a day that Dr. J is in, so I saw Dr. Lacina instead. She is one of the few people in the city certified in Active Release Therapy and it's really effective. I am now comfortable going in on any day and seeing any doctor while knowing that my care is in the best possible hands. The staff can't be beat. This will sounds silly, but I genuinely leave feeling really happy. It's not just physically beneficial, but it also has a really positive affect on my emotional well being. They have 2 other locations (Spruce Grove and Jasper ave). I highly recommend this clinic for everybody.
