My first counselor wasn't a good fit for me but I was able to switch to another counselor, Caitlyn, with no hassle at all and she has been wonderful. Especially in times like these, it's nice to know that Brightside counseling is committed to helping people talk through their problems and offer suggestions on how to manage through situations and obstacles in day to day life. I can't speak their praises enough, especially having Caitlyn as my counselor.

He is a very understanding no nonsense kind of doctor. I am a very strong personality so I need someone who can call me out and bring me back down to earth. He has a keen knack for reading people and working off of that. It has been an eye opening experience and he helps me see things in a way I wouldn't have seen it before. Unfortunately he is in partial retirement, but I have noticed his practice has a steady flow of clients. My daughter and husband see Dr. Sandra Reinhold and they have had a lot of success with her as well. She is compassionate, observant and gives her patients a direction to help attain their goals in therapy and be more successful and overcome their issues. I have gone in a few family sessions with her and have been thoroughly impressed with her approach. This group has really helped me and my family work towards healing after a long and hard road. I am blessed to have them in my life to assist and guide me when I feel helpless or can't find my own way. They also do trauma therapy and work with all sorts of cases and issues. Not sure if they are still taking patients, but either way they will be able to direct you in the right direction. They are knowledgeable, experienced and connected.

I frequently have to leave messages days in a row with each department to ensure call back. Bills have disappeared, reappeared etc. Today I had a 930am appointment scheduled and verified via email and text, Franklin street doors and lights were locked and off. No one answered calls or knocks on windows. Received a call and voicemail at 10:15am (45 minutes after scheduled appointment and 75 minutes after the office is supposed to open daily,) apologizing stating the receptionist 'had an appointment.' SO DID I lol! Why didn't the doctor I was scheduled to see come see why his patient wasn't there? Weak. Poor form.
