Sad to say that the muscle tension may not have been the actual trigger of headaches because I still have them. But I am getting a great workout and maybe it is not an instant fix to eliminate my headaches. The atmosphere Body Mechanix is fantastic. I worked there for several months and it was the worst job I ever had. The place was absolutely…read morefilthy and so ridiculously understaffed. I was a manager there and expected to do the work of 4 people. The DON sat on her throne like a princess didn't help. And I was salary and only ended up being 34$ an hour if I worked 40 hours but I always had to stay later. All I did was get treated like crap....even the staff I had to supervise would ask me to buy them food and they would pay me back later and never did, only to have them rail road me in some other way. I've never been so miserable in my life. And the food is sickening....you get better food in jail. And I'm not joking about that. My dad was admitted here while I worked here and he wouldn't eat the food....my dad is the most non picky person! He prides himself on doing 2 tours in Vietnam and being able to eat anything. He couldn't eat food at this place. This place is just terrible for many reasons. Shut it down!
