She sat me in chair started just grabbing random chunks of hair and started hacking away on dry hair. Then washed me, blew dry me and started hacking away again! I'm trying to find out who the owner is to get a refund so I try to get this corrected although my sides where cut so short I think I will be in a ponytail for the next year or so waiting for this nightmare to grow out!
