It took me several appointments (coming into the office, paying a copay [$300 worth] and then being told the results were not ready) to receive a phone call stating my results were (finally) ready. I spoke with Dr. Kapadia who said she'd give me a courtesy call, but was directed to make a Telehealth appointment and never received the results of my blood work. Months later I am receiving bills in the mail stating I owe hundreds of dollars for things that did not occur (i.e. ocular photo screening and psychotherapy). AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
