If I had a major medical condition I would probably go elsewhere though. No offense to them. They're just a small hospital. They always have a friendly staff and are clean. Keep in mind, I'm a Veteran and had to go through months of approval processes to get the appt at Pain Management. They called me and said my appt. was cancelled and refused to tell me why and when I pressed her with questions and wanted information from her on why my appt. was cancelled, that's when she abruptly hung up on me after giving me no reasons. I'm all set with Frye. I have lived long enough to know I am not willing to deal with people who treat me badly. I'll go elsewhere. I do NOT recommend this hospital.

We were not sure who and when help was coming. There were a couple of times when we had to call the office to see if anyone was even coming out for a visit, even though we had them scheduled can contracted them for a certain amount of days and times. On the positive side, when staff did show up, they provided good care. We hired this company to take stress off of us from caregiving, but it added stress to our lives. The PA and her assistant came in wearing masks and were rude to me from the start. I got extremely dizzy and lightheaded after they performed the test and couldn't hear well. I told the PA that I was having a hard time understanding her with the mask and my dizziness and she stated screaming at me. Long story short, the procedure didn't work at all. I've moved to SC now and went to a physical therapist who spent an hour with me doing several maneuvers and fixed my vertigo in one session. They were also patient and nice.

I have received nothing but quality services in the last 12 years. They are a family owned company and treat everyone as family too. Ken and Tim Clark are brothers who own and run the business. They provide transportation and are the best in business for it! I have had a handful of CNA's over the years that are the best of the best!!! I have never had a problem with my services of any kind. I trust CVMS with my life and limbs lol 10/10 recommend!!! Their office staff is just as friendly and helpful as well.

I personally witness several of the patients fall and have to be taken to the hospital. One patient fell out of her bed and was trapped under her bed!! They had no idea how long she had been there she was unable to call for help due to her health condition. Several patients fell out of there wheel chairs with sever injuries. I could write a book on how bad this facility is and I would give them a negative-20 if I could. It should be closed down!! I would not recommend this facility to anyone!!! Please if you are looking for a facility for your love one PASs this one by at a high speed !!
