I paid for a 2 hour clean but cleaners sped through and were done in 1.5 hours. Didn't make the beds, stopped taking the extra steps. I called in to cancel my clean and complained. Jen said I switched my schedule around too much and didn't seem to care. To be fair, I did switch my schedule around this summer because of travel, but otherwise I was pretty steady. She made me feel like I was a hassle and was glad to see me go. As a business owner myself I was rather surprised at how much she did not care during our conversation. So be it, but I won't be recommending this place.

I need a receipt to give to the apartment complex so that they have proof of us getting the carpets professionally cleaned and I was told they left one which surprise, they did not. So now I'm waiting for the money to clear from my bank account with no proof that anything was actually done. Extremely poor excuse for a business and especially one that I see around a lot locally. What I did not have I purchased and had it all set up. She was to be here between 930am and 10am, she called and left a message at 949am stating that the house she cleans ahead of mine was taking her too much time and it was not going to work out for her to work my house into her schedule. IWouldn't you have thought this was already figured out when she promised to do a regularly scheduled cleaning service? I was very disappointed of course. The unprofessional behavior and uncaring attitude is too much. We are people too and our lives matter just as much.
