If you mentioned the fact of the deposit being nonrefundable, it was stated very quietly and in the midst of all the information that was given to me, it was not heard. Yes, it is in writing in the 2 emails sent AFTER you charged my credit card. The appointment was cancelled within hours of reading the email that said "nonrefundable" but a MONTH prior to the actual appointment, thinking that surely when giving a MONTH's notice, there would not be a problem. I will not be rescheduling. This policy is detestable. It seems to be a punishment for even making a single phone call to you.
