She also stated that because of the sale she had to use larger size needles at which point the needle got stuck in my forehead and when she ripped it out, I now have a scar on my left temple and my left side of my face still has wrinkles but the right side is OK. When I called back the lady basically offered me excuses. I will definitely go back to seeing Dr. Kim who I had been previously using for years. Never had such a bad experience in my life. This is all after spending thousands of dollars in the clinic over the span of several years (i.e. 5+ years). I guess this is their way of treating customers that express dissatisfaction. They were great when they first started out in Calgary but over the years they quality of service has dropped significantly. I was left with scar on the right side of face after botox. When I complained about it and expressed disappointment they said I was no longer welcome in the clinic. These types of clinics are a dime a dozen. If they continue to treat customers this way they won't be around in a year -good riddance.

She did not promise me they would all be gone, and went into some detail about what the treatment could and could not do. Her honesty and caution were the biggest reasons I went with Skinpossible, after consulting with 3 other skin care salons whose promises seemed over the top. . However, after having received 4 out of 5 treatments, I have to say that it has been a total waste of $2000. There was a very slight improvement after the first treatment but absolutely nothing noticeable after the subsequent three. The fact that my skin is over 60 is certainly a significant factor, but I have serious doubts that even a younger person would have had good results with this treatment. If your budget doesn't matter to you, go ahead. But best to head into something like this realistically.
