While I was in Calgary last week I visited the Thermae Center and was pleasantly surprised with the friendly staff and professionalism they showed me. They helped me pick the right products for me as a guy and even explained the long term benefits of the products that I was unaware of. Very satisfied client! read more

I came to Thermae when I heard Nurse Tracy had moved there. She's been administering my Botox for several years, I follow her wherever she goes because I trust her above anyone else. She is truthful, she stands behind her word, I sometimes ask for extra fillers here or there, and she may say no, but it's because she sees what I can not, she knows it wouldn't look right, and I always walk away knowing I look my best. Since coming to Thermae I have been using the Dermilogica brand of skin care products and am having amazing results. I'm a 44 year old woman, and with the combination of Tracy's expertise and the Dermalogica products, as well as amazing facials from Amber, I've never looked better or felt more confident :) read more

I visit Thermae on a regular basis and I've never walked out of there unsatisfied. Lauren is Amazing and makes you feel incredibly comfortable, answers all of your questions (trust me I ask a lot) , and ensures your skin is at its most fresh, clean, glowing face for all the world to see. Thermaes front staff are always welcoming me whenever I'm there and are extremely helpful. This place is one I will go to for years to come. read more

The rooms were spacious and there were plenty of chairs and adequate staff on hand to take care of things. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was good. It wasn't the most cleanest place in the world, but it was friendly. Prices were fair as well. What I had a problem with and why I haven't returned, was the cut. I mentioned this several times, but despite this I would walk out disappointed with the cut each time looking bulky at the front. I was in there a number of times, and after awhile I just gave up. It is hard to find a good hairdresser in this city. They are very few and far between, and if you do get lucky to locate one, you need to book them in 3 months in advance.

Just BAD. REAL BAD. They look good for a day. I had to go to another salon to get them removed…read moreshortly after. They were horrified. They dont wash well.
