Called OGD and agreed to the $59 service call fee. When the service tech came out, he didn't even address the real problem with the door, but insisted that the motor on the unit was the problem and that I needed a new motor and who knows what else. I knew the motor was not the issue and asked him to leave the property. They want to upsell and misdiagnose. Overhead Door Company of Oklahoma came and fixed the issue, a loose track bolt for a reasonable fee. Do yourself a favor and call The Genuine Overhead Door Company.
