He stayed for maybe 20 minutes. He showed no interest whatsoever in finishing any of the three jobs. He charge me $200 and left. When he left, my fridge was leaking, the middle nozzles of my dishwasher were plugged and there were two error messages on my dishwasher. I will never use this service again, as I do not believe their repairman made a sincere effort to fix my problems just to check me off his list, write a bill and leave!

I bought a sewing machine from them a few years ago, took the machine in 4 weeks ago to have an…read moreoverhaul done, this is supposed to be a very quick process which turned out to take ages. Apparently a part needed to be replaced, it had worked before, and they didn't ask if I wanted the part replaced, they just told me it wasn't ready yet. So I thought this meant perhaps the part would be covered by them, potently wishful thinking but I wasn't to worried since the part was supposed to arrive very quickly and I wouldn't have been upset either way. After stopping by the shop multiple times, it was never ready, one day when I phoned they said it was, (after I had an unpleasant time with a fax noise the first time I tried to call, and was told rudely to call back in 5 minutes the second time I phoned.) They hadn't had the curtsy to phone me when it was ready, so it is on my mind of when they had actually fixed it; Or as it turns out replaced the part with their display model's. I'm not to upset about that, but I am upset about the fact that they charged me for the part. A part which has had tons of use on it already, that I waited 4 weeks to get, and that I had no notification had been placed in my machine and was ready for pick up. I also run a small business which requires the machine. They cost me a months worth of time. I will be finding another store for all my sewing needs from now on.
