He had only one regular sized ladder that I saw but the website shows several long ladders on the top of the truck. He just looked at the gutters and said he doesn't clean them because they have leaf covers on them. They have been cleaned before so I know it can be done and I was to pay $40 extra for them so they knew I had them ahead of time. Very disappointed and do not recommend them. I am not only disappointed , disgusted and hurt because I trusted this man and his company Ascend Roofing because he put a roof on my nephews house and also did work at his new home. This is long over due I should have put this out here last year but me being the kind , patient and woman of God that I know I am. that I was giving him the benefit of the doubt . I was hoping, wishing and Praying that he would come thought . I understand we all have financial difficulties that happen but this is business. I gave him the first deposit from my insurance company in September of 2023 and another deposit in January 2024. That totaled over 10K. He has made promises after promises, that he would be here to replace my roof. We have been going back and forth on text everyday up until August 9th that is when he BLOCKED ME and cut off ALL communication. And after reading Jim and Carol Watsons message I am believing that he is a scammer. Now after reading Katherine's message at least she was able to get her roof repaired bit was unhappy. For those of us that are going through with this with Lester Luna and Ascend Roofing just know that we did everything right . I am still hoping and praying to God that he will refund ALL the funds that he has taken from all of us. Now we have to deal with our insurance companies and let them know that this company is a fraudulent. I know that God will give us back everything that was taken. I would love to speak to Jim, Carol Katherine and any others that have been scammed by this man/company to discuss our next moves to get this resolved one way or another .
