Went in to color my hair. I was going from a reddish brown to an ash blonde. I took a picture of…read morethe color and was very specific about what I wanted. I walked out 4 hours and 160.00 later with damp hair and was told it would look lighter when it was completely dry. It looked exactly the same as it did when I went in!!!!! I called first thing the next morning as it was too late to fix it that evening. When I told her of my disappointment she said she could fix it for an additional 45.00!!! What a joke! If you want to save yourself a lot of heartache and MONEY, don't expect them to honor their "WE'LL MAKE IT RIGHT" guarantee because they wont or better yet just don't go to smart style in Salina, Ks!
