Professional. Knows how to deal with kids and teenagers. Made my kids smile naturally and whole session was very comfortable.

I honestly didn't know what to expect coming here but there were, to me, mouth watering choices. Coming inside, there's a counter with menus and 2 kiosks to order what anyone wants. They offer all classic bagels (sesame, everything, pumpernickel, plain, etc.) with several cream cheese options and bagel sandwiches too. Spring 2026 they have a seasonal dill pickle cream cheese is incredible! I wish it was a permanent option. Service was pretty quick. They brought the order to my table. The place has outdoor seating, although it's right on Lamar so you have to contend with street traffic. During the pandemic, you had to order well in advance, but now on weekdays, you can usually walk in and get your order quickly. Weekends might require a little planning for a larger order. They don't have a great coffee program. They offer light and dark roasts, no espresso drinks or decaf. But I still think they deliver a great, no-frills bagel shop.

First, the food was EXCEPTIONAL. I've been searching for 20 years to find this level of bagel in Austin and finally found it! Amazing selection, quality, fresh, perfect. Second, the service and related compassion was outstanding. This was a large last minute order and it went off without a hitch. They also made it easy for me to pickup -- as there was actually a LONG line to order. I came in side door and they were expecting me with open arms and fresh bagels. I was also impressed with their interest and effort in helping me get everything in my car. And FINALLY, they even said goodbye with the Jewish expression "may your mother's memory by a blessing." I was blown away by this consideration. They clearly understood the difficult circumstances, and the relevant phrases that can be quite healing, etc. This felt like more than just a "food order and pickup." I will make sure other people know this when under similar circumstances. And then more generally, if you need a good bagel, cream cheese, lox, whatever -- Rosen's has now made this an easy decision.

I got a rosemary bagel w/ butter and veggie schmear the whole thing was super satisfying and filled with cream cheese! I saved half for the next day since it was so filling. Many laptops were opening and active highlighting Indeed Coffee as a destination for students and remote workers. Given that it was my first time visiting Indeed, my barista made some suggestions. One of the top selections was the Lion latte, which contained lion mane's powder. Initially, I was hesitant to try a latte containing lion's mane, but ultimately decided to proceed. The coffee was well-crafted, smooth, and balanced with attention to detail. The espresso flavor was bold and robust...memorable! TacoDeli also provides tacos to Indeed Coffee. I was super disappointed when I ordered a vegan taco with avocado, black bean and pico de gallo and was given a bean and cheese taco twice. Apparently, TacoDeli had put the wrong stickers on the taco. My money was refunded and I got a chocolate vegan croissant, which was most delicious. Service was a standout with three baristas all serving you in some capacity. They were all friendly and accommodating.

Seriously honest sourdough bread and bagels…read more Honest means that to maintain quality, They don't make a lot of what they've got. So when they sell out, everything really is gone. Since the word has gotten out about Casper Fermentables, They sell out early in the day. By lunch time, the bagels were all gone. By 1 pm, everything was all gone and they were shutting up to go home. So set your alarm clock early if you want to go to Casper Fermentables. * * * A charm of Casper Fermentables is that their sandwiches and bagels are seriously overstuffed. Samuel C. loves himself a good overstuffed sandwich. More is more. But Paradise Has Its Price. If your bagel or sourdough bread is overstuffed, that makes it harder to taste the sourdough. Which kind of defeats the primary purpose of you being there. However, if you really concentrate, And eat mindfully, You can make out the taste of that bagel or sourdough bread Underneath all the good stuff. That is a real pleasant moment when that taste comes through. You are going to have to concentrate to get to that sourdough taste. I was with interesting fascinating company - a good person who I hadn't seen in a long time. That was a pleasure in and of itself ... But like my really good tuna salad with excellent dijon and hot pepper oil, It was a delightful distraction from the sourdough. * * * Some things in life are better than fermented bread. But this is good honest fermented bread.
