I called Hallmark Customer Service and they suggested for assistance I go to a corporate location which this was the closest one to me. I called first and talked to the manager on duty named April on 5/5/17. I explained how badly I was treated and she was so kind and told me I could come and return the cards for a refund, no problem. I went to the Hallmark store and was pleasantly surprised how big the store was and how many wonderful gift options are there. I dealt with an associate and a manager about the refund and they gave me no questions, issues or problems because 1. April had filled them in on the fact I was coming in today (5/7/17) and 2. it was a reverse experience to my prior visit at downtown Chicago Hallmark store. Both were friendly, kind and when leaving, wished me a good rest of the day. Thanks to this Hallmark location, I left satisfied. Not all Hallmark stores are the same and I will make sure to be back to this one whenever I'm in the area. Thanks so much!! P.S. Notice the vast difference between the refund policies between the independently owned store and the corporate store in the photo. Wow!

But I did find a vast selection of novelties and knickknacks from Disney, Hello Kitty etc. The store has tons of Asian snacks like potato chips and candies.
