Bought a CBD vape pen, two in fact. The man that sold them to me said they have had problems with…read morethem and if either didn't work just to bring them back for an exchange. Well one worked fine and the other didn't so I returned the next day on my way out of town and they wouldn't exchange it because the manager wasn't there, I told them I would return when back to town which I did and the clerk immediately accused me of smoking it all because she said there wasn't any juice in it??! To many smoke shops around to put up with this!!!
