The staff member returned with a cart full of ingredients and proceeded to make a Caesar salad, including dressing, from scratch right in front of them! Drink orders were a margarita and their home made ginger lemonade, both of which were satisfactory. We ordered arancini as an appetizer. Tasty and rich, it came with oven baked prosciutto-wrapped asparagus. Filet mignon (rare) and the papardelle short rib dish were both divine. We skipped dessert because we felt we had ate a sufficient amount of food. Excellent portion sizes. I wouldn't say this place is expensive, but it also isn't a budget dining experience. When you want really good food, you have to pay for it. Seems like a great place to celebrate a birthday or anniversary. No dress code, but you probably don't want to come in shorts and sandals. Make sure to call for a reservation, as it seems they can only accommodate a few walk-ups at a time. Highly recommended.
