Firstly, I applied for naturalization and progressed to the path step within just a few months, which feels unheard of. This office clearly has things together! Everyone was extremely kind, from the security guards to the check in officer to the interviewing agent. I was very nervous for my interview, but the agent that I met with was amazing. He made me feel at ease, explained things clearly, and made what could have been a very stressful interview into a pleasant experience. I have been treated extremely poorly by USCIS agents elsewhere in the past, and this experience completely changed my mind about the type of person that is hired to do this work. I am so grateful for the expediency, professionalism, and kindness shown by all of the staff in this office.

However, I've seen a lot of clients that had high priced attorneys, and they still went with the plea bargain. for a thousand bucks or more out of pocket. Usually the prosecutor will work with the LDA, and maybe the prosecutor will work harder to cut you a deal, because it's to the best advantage of the client/defendent, the lda, the prosecutor and the courts...

DO NOT walk in and wait for an available clerk unless you absolutely have to. With an appointment, the wait is 5-20 minutes. Without an appointment the wait can be 1-3 hours or more when they are busy. The chairs are not that comfortable! Ask me how I know! Lol!!

The wait was less than 10 minutes and I was at a gate speaking with a DMV employee reviewing my information to provided me with a new drivers license ... well a temp anyway. Next I had to take the exam. I had 25 minutes to take it. The two people in the exam area were very helpful and were sure to help us with remaining time. The place needs to be empty at closing/ 6 pm. The test is open book, and it's online. I passed! Overall experience was amazing. Every step of the process was easy and efficient from the website application, changing my address, date and time selection, arrived a little late and no one was phased (except me), short wait time, talking with a DMV agent, taking my test and getting my temporary license. Easy peassy!
