Although the bubble house is unique and beautiful, it takes some work to get in and out of. There are 2 zipper entrances and you must close one before opening the other otherwise the bubble will deflate and collapse on you. It's best to have an adult readily available to help the kids or hire an attendant. I had been in contact with Sara for months and she has been so great to work with! Communicating with her was so easy! I had to deal with a whole process with booking bounce houses at a certain venue and she met all requirements needed and everything turned out perfectly. Her husband arrived on time and set everything up smoothly. Her and her husband arrived on time to take everything down as well. I'll definitely be having Empire Bounce Castles for future parties!

We decided to throw my daughter a 1st bday party and wanted to go all out with a soft play and I was super excited to book with her. I went on her website and booked the date and she replied quickly. She "confirmed" it but never asked for a deposit or sent me any more information, so after a few days I was skeptical and wanted to make sure it was fully confirmed, so I reached out. She never replied, so I tried the other number on her Instagram bio, never replied. I gave her a few days in between each text because I know she's very busy and I respect that ! But she's actively positing on Instagram and ignoring all messages! Super unprofessional!! I've thrown big parties several times and hired many vendors and NEVER had an issue like this !
