They also sent me over all the options they had available. I was able to quickly book a jumper within minutes. Delivery day they gave me a window for delivery and showed on time. Excellent customer service. Cancelled by another rental company at 2am the day of the event. Called Grandma's Jumper around 9am and was assisted by Luis. Luckily there was still a couple of jumpers available. Luis quickly texted me the ones they have available and it was delivered within 2 hours. The only one other place that did have any was charging double of what grandmas jumpers quoted me. They also dropped off better quality chairs (metal folding ones) then what i previously got from other companies (flimsy resin ones). They dropped off and picked everything when they said they were.
