Found within the Shoppes of Mandalay Bay , Spencer Couture sounded like a fancy 90s mall staple Spencer's to me at first. I was thinking keychains and mugs but this is definitely an art gallery, harhar. The pop culture type works on display & sold here are perfect for an artist named Spencer Couture who is big on collabs & street art vibes. I lovvvvvvve street art. I'm also a lover of Tupac and John Lennon so was happy to see both fellas featured in some of the work, along with so many other iconic people. Loved the gallery and once my pockets are fat, I'll be supporting through some purchasing. Love to have street art prominently displayed in Vegas!

I love the style of his artwork & each piece tells a unique & interesting story. The store sales executive, Belinda, spent time talking with us about the artist, Spencer. She was genuinely friendly and a joy to speak with. It was really cool to hear about Spencer's career as an artist and get some background on his work. I hope one day I can purchase a piece of art from him, and in the meantime, I will follow along & admire his brilliant work.

Vegas is full of cheesy cheap stuff- like most of the free shows (their entertainment value to kids…read moreunder 7 not withstanding! ) but this gallery is not one of those -- it's free and classy!! Speak about hidden gems... hung on their back wall is Salvador Dali's "March of Time Committee" - his largest painting and one of the most renowned art pieces in the world. And below that they have prints from his Divine Comedy series. It's quite amazing that just a few yards from the age old (and very cheesy, excuse me) "Atlantis" show in Cesar's Palace, these masterpieces are on display. Other than those, the space is beautiful and elegant. Their Erté collection is amazing - the manager, Nicholas, who was super nice and cordial, told us they manage Erté's estate. You'll also find many big names like Chagall, Picasso, Murakami, and Warhol here. In our visit in March of 2024, we saw an amazing number of works by Takashi Murakami on display and open to public viewing for free! All that said, their prints are privacy - Dali's unsigned prints of the Divine Comedy series would cost around $1200 here while many of pieces are in the public domain (according to Open Culture and a number of university sites). No photography allowed so I don't have too many photos to share. Only a couple that I took before I was stopped. Overall, this place is a great experience and absolutely worth the time to come check them out !

The store is very similar to the Laguna Beach location sans the beach. We were warmly greeted by the associate Dana. I loved that she did not assume that we could not afford a piece of art. One day we will. The art whether framed or wearable were both whimsical and beautiful. Whatever the price is...it's worth it and will be timeless no matter the decade. We didn't purchase a piece of art...hopefully soon. We did however purchase another calendar to look at until we can.

FULL STORY: I visited Kush Fine Art to quietly view and appreciate the gallery. During my first visit, I noticed a small factual error in a quotation attributed to Aristotle in one of the artist's books, "Light for the souls" and left a polite sticky note with the correct citation, and full quote from Aristotles Poetics, after briefly mentioning it to the gallery consultant. I did not touch or interfere with any artwork and left when asked during what they told me was an inventory check. When I returned the next day simply to view the gallery again, I saw the artist, Vladmir Kush, and wanted to tell him how nice his art was, and even bring up the quote. He immediately confronted me aggressively, questioned why I was there, physically ushered me out, told me never to return, and threatened to call security on me -- despite my behavior being respectful and non-disruptive. I found this reaction unnecessary, hostile, and deeply unprofessional. Regardless of disagreement or sensitivity around a correction, no visitor should be treated this way for calmly viewing a gallery or pointing out a minor factual error. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not recommend this space. Quote for those interested: What is written in his artbook "Light for the Souls" "Metaphor is the intuitive perception of likeness in the things that are different." - Aristotle Actual quote "The greatest thing by far is to be a master of metaphor. It is the one thing that cannot be learned from others; and it is also a sign of genius, since a good metaphor implies an intuitive perception of the similarity in dissimilars." -Aristotle Book of Poetics Ch. 22 1459a-1459b

Walking in we were greeted with a very friendly smile, were shown the map, told highlights of the museum and had all questions answered with very friendly service! I loved the striking giraffe statues and loved that all animals except the large eagle were taxidermy! I couldn't believe just how massive the giraffes were, it is a very striking impact to have them greet you at the entrance! Great placement! Stuffed animal room was very neat to see, I have only seen animals like this in a museum in Elko Nevada. We moved on to the aquarium room, saw some small sharks, and some cool fish like puffer fish! We loved the dinosaur room and that would have been way cool if my kiddo was younger!!! The highlight for me, what I was here for was the Egyptian exhibit! Wow!!!! I learned sooooo much and can't belive the actual artifacts that are on display here!! They were absolutely amazing!! This exhibit alone was worth the money!! Next to the dinosaur the head of African I think they were roaches to be honest with you. I took a video of them. N the hissing bugs so gross, I would hate to come across them.
