Early in the morning there was a older man sitting by the front window reading the newspaper. Usually the news paper was upside down. Another older couple frequented the place and were known as Mr and Mrs America. Our group included Ivan Stotz, Dick Hessey, Jamie Liable, Dave Maegar and myself, Doug Mofle. I don't think you can go wrong with whatever you choose. They have a small beer selection, but if you're unsure of what to get they'll help you figure it out. The bar is clean, though there are flies, but I've learned that to be true of almost anywhere you go in SD. There are TVs to watch the game. When I was there it was Vikings vs. Panthers. Everyone knew everyone and the home-like feel was incredible. As a newbie you're subject to an initiation drink. I did linger bunches but I left with ample time to walk home before darkness set in.
