I have always used Fred Remmers with great satisfaction but after arriving at their location at 4:38 one day, I discovered to my dismay that they have a very early closing time (4:30.) So, I took my beloved oriental rug to another establishment a bit closer to home to obtain a quote for the work I needed to have done. To my dismay, the price was wildly over what I have paid for similar work on rugs in the past at Fred Remmers and the attitude of the sales associate was rather snippy. I bundled my rug back up and took it to Fred Remmers this morning. I was greeted like an honored customer, I was given a very fair and appropriate price for the work I needed done, and I left with the confidence that it will be done with great skill. Lessons learned.....Fred Remmers is worth the drive to midtown and worth adjusting my schedule to fit the hours it is open.

The valets were so kind and helped all of my elderly guests in and out of their vehicles. Also, they get bonus points for having umbrellas! I have used valet companies for past events and the companies were not nearly as flexible. I was able to specify where I wanted guests to be picked up/dropped off and I even asked that they change that location once it started raining. Their great customer service never skipped a beat. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for valet or transportation services. I rarely take the time to consider (let alone review) a valet company's performance, but they really did go above and beyond. 10/10 highly recommend. P.S. they offer executive transportation too.
