I was satisfied walking out of the salon because he blew my hair out really nicely, but here I am a few days later panicking because the layers of my own hair just look like AWFUL extensions. I blew my hair out at home (usually I just air dry, and mentioned this to Nathan) and I cannot describe how choppy it looks. Eek. I'm reluctant to even try to fix this because I don't want to lose any more hair, and it's a shame that this cut was over $100 with tip. I'd book with someone else next time.

They had the music and essential oils going. The rooms itself is small and not decorated but has the essentials the students need for the massage. I noticed they don't close the doors and just have the curtain so I was a little confused when I was told to undress if the door was going to close or not. It was a sunny day so the sun was shining pretty bright so the room wasn't very dark. They had the fan going but it felt really nice with the heated bed. The foot soak was nice in the beginning, he gave me a choice of essential oils and gave me a little foot scrub after the soak. I did the serenity package for $90 which included an hour of foot reflexology where he followed the chart. The next hour compromised of a face massage (he put gloves on for this), scalp, neck décolleté, arms, legs, abdomen, glute, and back. He really worked out my problem areas and added some stretches in. I was so relaxed and comfortable the whole time. I do have to mention his voice was very calming and soothing and he checked to make sure I was ok with anything before he did it. I really appreciate him spending extra time with all my knots and issues. I wish you great success in the future Dan! They have two free parking lots that had plenty of spaces when I arrived. I didn't get the cut I was looking for, and after leaving feeling unsure and shy about speaking up (as is so often the case with us women), I called and let Hannah know I was not happy with the cut and wanted it to be fixed. The layers were uneven and choppy and it just was not even close to the pictures I brought in. For how expensive her cuts are, I expected more. She denied my request for a fix, and said I needed to wait a week and then come back to her if I still didn't like it. I was quite shocked by this unprofessional and cold response, especially because I was nearly driven to tears about how my hair looked. Because of how this whole experience went, I asked for my tip to be returned. She agreed, and then informed me that I would not be welcome back. Not to worry--I don't want to come back. P.S. I was able to find another curly hair stylist to make a fix the same day. She was shocked at how uneven and haphazard the cut job was.
