This is the worst experience I've ever had when hiring a team of people to come clean a home. I tried to be understanding and just let them do the basic clean on their next visit, which took them two times on their next try to even get that right. They have major personnel issues ( a top employee left right as we started using them) and the training is obviously Lackluster at best. I had no choice after several attempts to give them a chance but to fire them and they proceeded to try to charge me $290 for firing them even when they didn't do their so called super special massively wonderful supposed first cleaning. This company unfortunately does not hold the standards that Merry Maids was founded on because I have used them in the past and been beyond happy with their services but they've changed hands and the customer service and level of cleaning has gone way down. I suggest you look elsewhere and if you do use them make sure you have cameras and make sure you have in writing what they promise to do and make sure they do it.

I finally canceled my service entirely via text AND email and a few days later received the usual notification that my service was scheduled on the normal day. I called the office immediately to notify them and their explanation was that "they just hadn't closed it out yet." The meaning of which I took to be that they will wait and cancel the service late enough to justify charging me the late notification fee. Don't use this service...they are great at getting you set up at the start but when things go south they go south hard.

Got a call one week before the appointment date, said they lost all their appointment schedules. So I rescheduled the time with them and they promised to be there on time. I called them a hour before the appt. time, no pickup the phone, left several VMs. Then till the night, they called back, and said they're busy and rescheduled me for next day first thing in the morning. Of cause, no one showed up next day. Called the owner, he promised he will take care of me on that day, he told me it will be properly around 3pm. Called at 3, and no one picked up the phone, and not return my calls till night. This is the worst company I ever experienced. Don't waste your time and money.
