She was very knowledgable, patience and offered me different secenarios that I was able to pick what direction I wanted to take. I can not express my gratitude with how she was able to direct me to the right decision I felt was able to live with regarding my divorce. She was very thorough with sny questions I had. I would definitely recommed that you would at least have a consultion with Lynn before deciding on who you want to represent you. Lynn has been the best attorney I have had experience with. During Lynn Castillo time as my attorney I watch her firm mistakenly submit information to the courts contrary to what was provided by me to them. After showing up to mediation I received an email stating that she had not had all the information need for my case which leads me to question what was Lynn Castillo doing in preparation to the hearing that she was not aware of this missing information some of which I had already provide to her once again. I had to notify Lynn Castillo's firm via email about missing information that my wife failed to provide and in the end the situation and stress of dealing with a divorce and the uninvolved and lacking of attention to detail law firm was too much of bear and I independently conceded an divorce case because I didn't want to have to start over by hiring a new lawyer.

Yet she communicated that the reality of the situation and how the court may respond. In the end they did extend but the attempts she made shows that she feels for your situation and her empathy in this litigious society is not lost. The final result was in my favor with a clean record. I can't say enough of how she helped. Her fees were very reasonable. Do your research when choosing an attorney. I did and it led me to Julia Delia.

I may not reply to your email right away, b/c I'm working on my own case again pro se, due to hundreds of thousands in damages she caused. I am NOT an attorney. I'm a former legal assistant, that believes this woman should be disbarred and should have to repay all the people she overcharged. A malpractice attorney is more likely to take our case on contingency if we work together.

Based off a recommendation of someone who knew her work a decade earlier, I hired Barbara Barclay…read moreMoore because my ex- refused to help pay for college when NJ law says the non-custodial parent does have some responsibility to pay. She said the process should take about six months. I heard nothing after paying a $5,000 retainer. The check was sent right after Thanksgiving and cashed within days. Because of the holidays, I finally called after New Year's and was sent a case information statement to complete. It took six months just to finally get the first letter sent to my ex- saying that I had representation. The first draft looked like it was written by a middle school child. There were spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. Yes, that should have been enough for me to switch, but I didn't know who else to use. (I didn't have a lawyer when I divorced. I used a company called lawyerless solutions.) Eighteen months and $1,500 later, three letters had been sent, and we were no where near close to being done. I met someone who said she would tell me who she used, but she wasn't very happy with her because she didn't return her phone calls. It was Barbara Barclay Moore. I switched attorneys. My new attorney said that my ex- may not be responsible for paying for the first two years of my daughter's education because Barbara Barclay Moore had never filed anything with the courts. I know she used to have a great reputation, but something clearly has changed. I strongly advise against using her.
