Dr. Cypher and all his staff are great always kind and professional. They care about their patients and have always taken the extra time to explain and go the extra step. My elderly mother has been there many times and I highly recommend this office. read more

Went there today with a plan already in place regarding my childs foot. I asked as always if they were running on time, and they were. Dr C comes in, and tells me that they ran out of the medicine for the procedure last week and they expected it on friday and did receive it. I asked him why nobody called me to re-schedule and he went off. He suggested that I allow him to do something something different instead. I said no. He proceeded to tell me that he was a doctor and he knew much more than me about the injury and he believes if I didn't do anything right at that moment, it would be my fault when it got worse. He became so disrespectful at one point, I asked him to stop speaking to me that way. "when were we suppose to call you?" friday when you didn't get the medicine in. "I am a doctor, NOT a mailman, how am I suppose to know when it will get here?!" umm, you said it was due on Friday. He was being extremely disrespectful and even my child were upset about how he spoke to me. When I left the room, the secretary told me that Dr C would no longer speak with me and he wanted to talk to my husband. Now I know people have their crappy days, but this was inexcusable. He is a good doctor and has been in the past for our family. This behavior today has caused me to never return to his office, for any member of my family. read more

We sat and waited. Four people were at the desk working on the computer and we were ignored. Finally I asked if we needed to make an appointment to come back and I was told "that would probably be a good idea" since they were busy with computer problems. I called them back when I realized I never got our prescription back. I was told to "look in my car" since they gave it back to me. They did not. Returned a week or so later. Since they had lost the prescription, they said they were "calling to get it". We ordered his glasses and were told they would call when they came in. After three weeks passed I called today. I was told the glasses were never ordered since they did not get the prescription from the provider. I asked why they did not call them back or at least call me and I would get it myself! I was told "mistakes happen" in a sarcastic tone. My husband is still without glasses. Unbelievable.
