I literally called this florist at 4:50 the day before the funeral. I had zero hope that I was going to get anything this nice delivered to the church the next day. I asked for them to send me a picture just so I could tell my mother-in-law which floral arrangement was ours and I was blown away. They sent me this picture at 8pm the same night I ordered!! I needed to order an arrangement to be delivered for a funeral. I was going to do it online but I prefer to support the local economy. I hopped on Yelp and found this florist in the area. There were no reviews so I had nothing to go by. I called and spoke to Debbie. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I appreciated the way I was treated over the phone. I told her I would go home and think about what I wanted and call her the next day. I was so very grateful for all the info she had given me the night before. I placed the order first thing the next day. Debbie was patient and kind. I had no idea what I wanted and she walked me down the path to get the end result that I expected. She made the process easy and I was able to do everything over the phone. I am almost 200 miles away. This helped me out. I hope my friend's family enjoys the arrangement. Thomas Flowers - Funeral arrangement! I love it. - Florists Near Me - Douglas, Georgia

I went here with my mom and my grandma this week to order a casket arrangement for my grandpa. We had been to a different florist in Douglas the day before, and our experiences at each were like night and day. The women who helped us at Thomas Flowers spent time talking to us, showed us a book with photographs of arrangements (all of which had a price sticker right on the photo), and made sure to tell us each arrangement was modifiable to fit our preferences and budget. My grandpa was to be buried on his and my grandma's (many year) wedding anniversary. The person who helped us choose an arrangement went out of her way to give my grandma a "happy anniversary" card to fill out, and attached it to a single rose that was placed in my grandpa's hands in the casket. They also included boutonnieres for the pallbearers and pastors. I called literally the morning of the funeral and asked if I could purchase three more boutonnieres because we had last-minute backup pallbearers, and they wouldn't even let me pay for them or pick them up; they had them delivered, free of charge, to the funeral home for transport with my grandpa. I have literally no experience prior to this past week with florists or funeral homes or casket arrangements, but at such a painful time, Thomas Flowers really showed compassion and respect for my family.
