Dr. French is a stellar chiropractor. His methods are perfect. Doesn't jerk you around painfully but works slowly and carefully. He's not one who's going to tell you you need to keep coming back nor try and sell you on a life of regular adjustments, he's not upselling you on products. Had a few sessions with Dr. French for my back pain. I'll be honest I was always scared and skeptical about going to a chiropractor but I had been going to Physical Therapy with ZERO results. I was desperate and in pain every day and couldn't take it anymore. I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early. After waiting with no one in the waiting room but me for 30 mins , someone walks in and goes right in. I approach the reception desk and ask how long the wait will be and as told he is now with the gentlemen that just walked in and it will be 20 mins. I am a busy on-the-go person with a non-stop crazy life. I live in Los Angeles and have been to probably 20 different chiropractors throughout the City of Los Angeles. I really wanted to take a moment to let the world (or at least people on Yelp) know about Dr. French. A few weeks ago I was visiting Norwalk on business. I was there for 2.5 weeks. When I first arrived, my back was really bothering me, and I could not stand for a very long period of time. I Google searched for a chiropractor and was afraid of what I was going to find. I am really picky about who works on my back. I stumbled upon Dr. French while doing this search. I don't know what made me select him other than his office was on the way to the place where I was going to be working for the time I was visiting. Upon my first visit, I was sold. Dr. French was amazing. He was caring and listened to my concerns. He checked the areas, did the adjustments, and then re-checked the areas to be sure that they had been addressed. If he or I felt as if an area needed further attention, he would re-address it. I have never (in my 32 years of receiving chiropractic treatment) had a chiropractor check his work. He was able to get my back adjusted in areas that had never been able to release before with other chiropractors. He does remarkable work. Prior to my leaving Norwalk, I jokingly asked Dr. French if he would be able to re-locate to Los Angeles. He is genuinely a nice guy and is an amazing chiropractor. read more

He not only integrates the adjustments, but also put together a game plan for other lifestyle changes as well as preventative measures to help correct my issue. Dr. French is amazing! I am so impressed by the fact that he actually fixed my issues after 3 short visits. Issues that I had been seeing another chiropractor for (every 2 weeks for over 4 months-and still was never fixed). He is very personable, and very good at what he does. Love Dr. French! I hurt my back and was barely able to walk for almost three weeks. Came home to Norwalk for a family wedding and my dad suggested Dr. French. After two sessions (two days in a row) I was up and ready for the dance floor (although Doc prefer I don't do that ). I so wish we still lived in Norwalk because I would go back as often as possible. I am training for a half marathon in March 2014. I started running 3 days per week. One day I twisted my ankle and ate pavement. Two days after my fall I could not get out of bed. My back was so stiff and the pain was so bad that I could not walk without using an umbrella (my 6 year olds idea God bless him). I called Dr. French's office on Saturday around 10:00 a.m for a walk-in new patient appointment. A couple of minutes later I crawled in the door. Dr. French's consultation was both effective and professional. I saw him for the recommended number of visits and I feel good as new. Every time I visited the office the staff was professional and caring. Dr. French made me feel confident from day one I was going to get better. After seeking many different treatments for my TMJ and neck pain, I decided to try Chiropractic treatment. Dr. French came highly recommended to me by my Dentist. Upon arrival, I was greeted by his friendly staff. Soon after entering the TX room I met Dr. French and he did a thorough health history and examination of my neck, shoulders and TMJ muscles and joint. I was then treated with neck adjustments and special massage in the jaw area. After these treatments my muscled were a tiny bit sore; like after a massage. I was given instruction on how to massage the muscles myself daily. That night I slept for the first time in many years without grinding and clenching my teeth. I will continue to get treatments from him as needed for now on. I highly recommend him to anyone having similar issues and I am extremely happy to have him caring for me. read more

Nice. I get to leave the first review for Dr. French. I've had a long history of back issues all stemming from years of use and abuse playing football. Herniated disks, muscle/ tissue injuries/ degenerative spinal issues - you name it. Dr. French has been able to successfully correct pretty much all of these issues for me. When I can't get out of bed in the morning I go see him and by the end of the session I can really move around again. If you're in pain, do yourself a favor and go see him. read more

I was in the are visiting and woke up with neck pain one morning. I went to see Dr. French, who is by far the best doctor I've seen ever. The office was busy, however, I was seen on time and Dr. French took his time with me to figure out what causing my pain. I have seen many chiropractors in my day and He is very skilled at examinations, diagnosing and adjusting. His adjustment technique is amazing and with in a few visits my pain was gone.
