The original photographer failed to tell me that my jacket was askew. I have tolerated the look of the photo for many years, but finally took it into this shop to have it fixed. When I arrived to pick up the finished photo, the color was adjusted, but the jacket was not fixed the way I wanted it to be. The woman who did the work indicated that "you didn't tell me that is what you wanted." She made some small adjustment in the right side of the jacket, but it was not correcting the look so the jacket appeared closed and buttoned. The woman said "You didn't tell me that is what you wanted." I do believe that I said "fix the jacket." It would seem to me that she should have asked me what I meant by "fix the jacket" instead of assuming and making the minimal change she did. She then added "I would have had to charge you more to do that and it would have taken longer." At no point did I note that I needed this quickly or that cost was too high. If the person agreed to fix the problem, I would have not have been as disappointed. I had to pay for the work despite not getting what I wanted because she had my original picture. I have speculated since this incident that the person who did the work is not the owner of the shop (she indicated that Jon Reis is not there very much). I am not sure why she would not offer to fix the problem which I consider her error--not making sure she knew what I wanted done--but I strongly recommend that customers be very careful with this company because it is not a customer-service oriented group and the work I requested was inadequate.

They ghosted me after they promised me my refund and never sent it. The pictures shows I haven't gotten a refund don't trust these people. Edit* I never cancelled if the owner reads the pictures correctly it shows that the photographer cancelled and never sent me any contract that I was waiting for to sign I never signed any contract and they cancelled on me so their comment on my review is invalid. Edit #2 photographer reported the photo that proves they owe me a refund so that they look like they're in the right to not refund me don't let that fool you they owe me a refund and are lying about the reason for keeping it.

DO NOT FOREGO the magic of a great photographer when planning your wedding! As the Groom, and I can speak for my Bride, the event went SO QUICKLY that we can barely remember any of it.
