Stated gross negligence and completely dumbfounding .A number of offences by Rhonda Clyatt was listed with the Florida Bar , Judge Decker's complaint with the Florida Barr Association , is a list of at least 8 counts of gross negligence . I know that their are other whom have complained . Please if you have a story share it . People need to know what type of person they are considering to hire to fight for their life. This woman has caused me to be homeless. How about that for all of the lies I was told and all the mistakes she made in court she would say," well I accept full responsibility " !!!!! What exactly does that mean ? To this day the only one who has paid for her wrongful Deeds is me ! A reasonable person would think that that meant she would take responsibility as in making things right financially and through Court however she made it as far as she was going in court with this one. I could not take anymore of her responsibilities much less the lack of it. My ex-husband told me that the woman in her office gave him advice on how to not pay me. I don't think you could ask for much more from an attorney than that working for both sides. This woman lies about her insurance so if you think you could recover and have somewhere to live behind it keep thinking. And while you think keep looking for an attorney cuz she is not it. Unless you want to watch everything you've ever worked for go down the drain she will smile in your face and Rob you blind and cares nothing for you. Her bad day at the office and you losing your house ends up with her a glass of wine and she's having a good day at the end of it and couldn't care less what she has done to you. It's not as simple as she lost a case, she destroyed my case and there is a difference. Judge's don't do complaints on attorneys where its just you didn't do a good job , so grossly negligent and dumb founding ,she did not even respond to the Florida Bar. Yes and that is one of the complaints actually lack of response to the Florida bar. This woman should have to give up one of her homes of which she has at least 7. She feels no responsibility and no remorse for what she has caused me in my life she has lied on top of lie and I have been left without even dirt. Ms. Michelle Cates, took over emailing and coordinating with the insurance companies on our behalf- keeping track on information needed, and keeping us updated. When our case seemed near a conclusion, Mr. Thompson again called us to give options on how we wanted to proceed, after giving recommendations on each direction. He negotiated with the other lawyers on our behalf with a very good outcome. His firm made us whole as much as possible, and took that worry off our shoulders.
