Great guy when I first met him. Took my money, stretched my bankruptcy out asking for new checking account statements every 4- 6months and then after a few years cancelled my case without calling or texting me. His pit bull paralegal Candy sent a one time email knowing I didn't do email. And they took me for thousands. Do not use this attorney unless you like losing money. He's always in Marianna anyways. And they seem to want all the money up front . When I finally got an envelope from them I thought it would be showing that my bankruptcy was finally finished. Instead, it was a letter saying they no longer wanted to finish my legal matter and it said they would refer me to another attorney. I tried to call and talk to Mr. Wynn and he wouldn't ever take my phone calls. He would put his assistant on the phone and she was rude and overbearing talking Street me.
